yoga 1, GENTLE YOGA
a gentle hatha yoga class, exploring the relationship between ground/breath/spine, within the context of yoga asanas presented in an easy and approachable manner.

YOGA 2, INTERMEDIATE YOGA
a deepening of the foundation practices for continuing students.

BALANCED YOGA
