a gentle hatha yoga class, exploring the relationship between ground/breath/spine, within the context of yoga asanas presented in an easy and approachable manner. Focus is on restoring harmony, balance and well-being in body and mind.

class is 90 minutes to allow for breath practices, movement and deep relaxation. yoga as a meditation in motion.

YOGA 2, YOGA FOR TRANSFORMATION

a deepening of the foundation practices for continuing students. Incorporates Pranayama, Chakras and a focus on the 5 elements to transform our body and mind.

BALANCED YOGA
